Classic Protector
The classic range designed and manufactured to a high standard.
The classic range is available in standard galvanised finish or high specification black polymer coated, offering long life protection. The range has a unique ‘drive in’ feet locking system securing the protector into the ground. Supplied in two halves, the protector is simply bolted together using the supplied corrosion resistant fixing bolts. Available in 40cm and 60 cm diameters with matching grilles
On many urban and rural sites, newly planted trees need protection from vandalism, machinery and animals. In many situations wire mesh guards and other protection methods are not sufficient to effectively protect the tree. These tree protectors are the ideal solution to protect semi-mature trees from harmful damage. The protectors offer protection to the most vulnerable area of the tree, the trunk. The Protectors are made from welded mild steel and are polymer coated (galvanised finish also available) offering increased protection and durability. All protectors are supplied in two parts (except budget) allowing installation to take place after the tree has been planted. Once the tree has reached maturity and the protector is no longer needed it can easily be removed and re-used. Protectors can be used without grilles where preferred.

Grilles and Frames
The tree grilles protect the complex root system whilst adding character.
Where Tree Protectors are placed in paved or concreted areas; our aesthetically pleasing grilles prevent compaction to the surrounding soil. The grilles are supplied in four pieces and are manufactured in a specially formulated SG Iron making them effectively shatterproof, unlike most other cast iron products on the market. Available in three different sizes they are supplied as standard with a black painted finish. Black polymer coated option now available.
The Grille frames are manufactured in mild steel and are black polymer coated as standard. Supplied in two pieces, they come fitted with unique 150mm legs enabling the frame and grille to be securely fastened into the ground. These features combined with the ‘drive in, foot anchor system’ found on the Classic & Sheep Proof protector range, makes for a comprehensively secure system.

These frames replace the standard range and enable the Frame, Tree Protector & Grille to be bolted together for extra security.

Sheep Proof Protector
A sheep proof protector, effective protection against grazing sheep.
The extra protection is achieved by adding an additional ten steel bars to the lower section of the tree protector. These additional bars narrow the gap between the existing uprights and prevent grazing sheep damaging the vulnerable section of the tree.
